We only had about 1 hr to get a buy/sell order through since the halt on all OTC.  Even if I could buy 1 million at .0001 it would only bring my average down to .0023.  Maybe NITE and VERT are done pushing this down and have accumulated enough shares to let it run upward so they can cash out with huge profit.
