Okay that's fine, the JC thing was the reason for the increase and Steve thought it would all be worth it. But that fell apart, backed the whole deal out. Then he reported zero rev from any other place. How is that possible? Not a dime.
So the first thing he does is PR VUTV and all the huge plans with China and the new officers of the company. By the time we find out that he got notta, it's over. But oh he kept converting those shares.
