I agree with Goldman (ugh). Neutral is right on. Its a vibrant, healthy sector that needs alot of things to happen before it heads out of this range one way or another. But it will, just not on a weekly basis. Well have to wait and see how much supply does come on line, as many projects have been shelved. If the global recovery is allowed to gain some steam at all that will provide a catalyst for a run. But really, as said before, any demand enough to cause supply issues can be absorbed quickly (3-12 months). The machines of man can crank up in no time, not like the olden days whered youd have to find real manpower.
