Personally I think dilution is like stealing.  I bought my shares when the OS was 500 M.  Now its 4x more.  That is stealing to me.  And I hate it when people dismiss that as being OK.  When I bought, I was buying a stock with 500 M OS.  I lost 75% of my investment due to dilution and it will always be 75% less than what I could have made.

And yes, the manipulation with SKTO is obvious.  But I noticed that the manipulation word was being used also as a reason for the pps dropping on poor PR days.  So that is why I said manipulation word is being used as an excuse all the time.
