UNGS is all about expansion! "In addition to the announced acquisition, the Company is in negotiations to acquire 17,000 acres of mineral rights leases located throughout the counties of Butler and Warren in the state of Kentucky. The leases encompass a heavy resource play within the Illinois Basin tar sands. Upon closing of this acquisition, the Company’s initial intentions are to joint venture for new drilling. The Company intends to update shareholders on this acquisition within the current fiscal quarter."
