$UNGS’s newly acquired lease encompasses 171 acres with three producing wells and one water injection well.The average depth of the three previously producing wells is 1590’ TD (“Total Depth”) with production from the Knox formation. Two of the three producing wells are fully equipped with an established tank battery and will be placed into production immediately.
The one non-equipped well will be placed into production prior to year’s end. The Company will utilize the water injection well for water disposal for production from the newly acquired lease as well as an additional revenue stream from adjacent producers in need of such services.
Water injection wells are a great way for UNGS to expand their operations but still have a basic understanding of the operation!
