I would believe that the legal teams of CYBK, Preway and XSKN have everything under control. If it was an issue from the beginning then there would have been no CYBK ownership change from 25% to 35%. Maybe there is a bigger picture in the works if you complete some DD about it

I am no lawyer so I could be wrong. Doubt it though. LOL! Just kidding.
