I've seen it a couple of times. The price effect is very dramatic. At that point any short positions are forced to close out and there's also increased demand from shareholders.
Right now there's a very small market for BCAP shares. Until the recent reactivation filing, we hadn't heard anythign from BCAP for almost 11 months. Even the reactivation filing is something that a couple of traders caught a glimpse of and bought out the Ask of $0.0003.
Next things from BCAP will be filing of past due reports, updates to the website and news. Timing as always is on Matt's schedule.
