A few weeks ago i got this email from him:
I do not wish to file anything on the Pinks any longer and I need to put measures in place

I and the Company are hard at work I know you cannot see that, but I do have a plan and I am moving forward.
I do not wish to file anything on the Pinks any longer and I need to put measures in place
Once these are done the Company will once again be able to begin giving updates.
