They said in their CC that they were going to hire more people.  IMO they need to hire a public relations person, because personally I think they suck in that area right now.  Seems every PR is a fiasco.  For the kind of people that are running this company, I expected something better.  There is no reason for the pps to be this low, other than the fact that they do a terrible job in issuing PR's IMO.
