Amfil Technologies Inc. (Pinksheets:AMFE) provides the following update to its shareholders and the investment community.
The company has engaged the auditing firm of MNP LLP to prepare the financial statements from the period of June 30th 2004 to 2013.
Amfil Technologies Inc. anticipates upgrading from the OTC Pinksheets Limited tier to the OTCQB once our audited filings are processed through EDGAR’s and we become ‘fully reporting’.
This is the first of many steps new management has recently implemented to regain immediate short and long-term value for its shareholders.
Upcoming information and news can be expected on the recent Interloc-Kings Inc. acquisition, as well as updates on our progress with regards to getting our audited financials filed through the EDGAR system to continue our SEC Fully Reporting Status and facilitate the move to the OTCQB Marketplace.
