As far as I am concerned, that was just what was needed for this interim, before "the series of PR's starting this week". For obvious reasons, the question of finding a definitive solution to the retirement to treasury of Lonnie's Class C preferred shares is crucial. Otherwise there would never be a real market for HIMR shares or any adequate shareholder interest in them, and the company would never be able move off the starting blocks. Let's remember that at some stage Hollund should be able to take all the necessary steps to move to a higher tier market. This issue is closely connected to the construction of the first Tigerlynk, our other 'missing link'.
