That  would be a great approach ,if it was abled to be organized and practiced with discipline by all concerned. However, in todays OTC market,  guys like I-glow (David Robert) have become "TOOLS", and as a tool, he is one of the shiniest in the box, whom many will use as a means too lower the pps , gain a lower entrance positions, while selling on positive thrives made by the company.  By engaging him, it allows them to seemingly remain neutral, playing the devils advocate, as they gather more shares while he is spewing his logic of doubt, fear and deception to any newbie investor or skittish  trader.....................................THERE IS NO POLICING SOMETHING OF THIS NATURE.
