A few weeks ago it looked very bad when the BCAP SoS filing was inactive. Foundation on the OTC markets is filings, and the reinstatement means something is coming. We're seeing BCAP restarting with an effective base of $0.0003x4. Reality has been next to no-one selling $0.0002 for months.
