TheCEO,  answer this question for me.  Why are long shareholders "overweight TECO"? What would prompt someone to continue to buy shares for years on end? Is the selling of "hope" or the selling of "oil"?   What has it been so far?  What have we been sold for three years? 
What were we sold recently with the statements "qty 5 wells by 12/31"  or "maybe tomorrow we have a treat in store"?   Is that professional or is that similar to any New Orleans street vendor who asks "which of the three cups the ball is under"?  I know what TECO supposedly has going for it and if they have that much going for them then why have they needed to  exaggerate or BS so often over a period of years?
