I'll step aside when TECO stops selling nonsense like qty 5 wells by 12/31  when all the while qty 1 well is taking 6-8 weeks.  This BS is in combination with their numerous other bullchit stories over the years.  If "drilling oil is very risky" then what is it that you don't understand about one drilling company drilling and completing qty 5 wells within the next six weeks?  This layman say's "that's nonsense" but as an experienced oil man your willing to accept that schedule in lieu of TECO trying to regain market credibility by giving real numbers and real schedules?  How about targeting qty 3 wells which in itself is overly ambitious How much more damage can they do in ruining the belief of future investors and buyers?
