You won't see an increase of the OS to 1.5B in the 10Q2 so why bring it up in the same sentence?
The AS wasn't increased as of the end of Q2. It maybe part of the "Subsequent Information" and wouldn't that be nice of TECO management to be forthcoming with today's share structure. IMO they are waiting for the good news to offset the bad news or they are using the most incompetent accounting/auditing team in the history of financials or both.
