KRN.to/KRLTF...Market cap $44M. Cash approx $55M. No debt. So I quess in a roundabout way, at current stock prices, someone could take over this company, put $10M in their pocket, and own all of this...

Current share price = C$1.55.
KRN has been beat to a pulp due to the recent uncertainty in the potash market, and is waaaaaaaay undervalued IMO. It will recover one day, and when it does, not many shares will be available once KRN starts heading up.
Time will tell.
