Bull or TECO IR or anyone else;  what are the specific reasons why the Stockton 2 acidizing and fracking needed to go out a few more days and the schedule slip again since it didn't happen this past Friday or over the weekend?   Was the expertise and/or materials unavailable?  I thought the schedule on all ongoing wells in parallel was 24/7 and regardless of the stage in the process?  How long has Stockton 2 been sitting and waiting for completion efforts since the rains let up?  Timelines are below and by my calculations and regardless of the rain clearing up and the ground drying the Stockton has sat cemented since 10/14 or earlier.  We heard today that it will be in production by Saturday 11/9  i.e. FOUR full business weeks since 10/14.   Who in hell has the balls to try and convince the general public that  "QTY 5 WELLS CAN BE COMPLETED BY DECEMBER 31ST WITH THANKSGIVING AND XMAS HOLIDAYS INBETWEEN"  ILMFAO!  Am I correct in assuming TECO is now talking the possibility of including a much deeper well as one of the five? ILMFAO again!  Someone must think this shareholder is some kind of an idiot to believe this nonsense based on the Stockton 2 progress alone never mind TECO's overall history.  What bothers me the most is the ongoing lack of acknowledgement that credibility won't be further effected if this "rumored" goal isn't met.  Can TECO please just "SHUT UP AND PUT UP AND THEN SPEAK"?   Why mention qty 5 wells unless 110% sure that goal can be met with the already known credibility issues?  How many drilling teams are coming into help out with the drilling and completing the remaining three wells?
From 10/14 newsletter:
Stockton #2
The Stockton #2 has been cemented and is expected to be completed either Friday or Saturday this week depending on two events:
1. Ground conditions must be suitable for transport (cannot be flooding).
2. The drilling rig must be removed and the site must be cleaned up/prepared for the completion rig to arrive (estimated 1 day to complete).

From 10/21 newsletter:
Stockton #2

Once the rig has been removed from the Stockton #2, a crew will come in to clean and prepare the site for completion. Cleaning and site preparation is expected to take a day and occur as soon as the rig has been moved off the well.  Shortly thereafter, a completion crew will move in to perforate, swab and complete the Stockton #2.

From 10/28 newsletter:
The Company has made significant changes to the drilling schedules in West Texas. In summary:
1. The already permitted Stockton #3 well will be drilled later this week.
2. Work on the Mitchell #5 well is suspended until further notice.
3. Drilling is expected to begin on the Stockton #3 this Thursday/Friday.
4. Stockton #2 is slated to be completed on Thursday/Friday.
5. Future wells beyond the Stockton #3 will be announced in the near future with protocols in place to reduce future permitting problems.
