and geos complaint is obviously 1 sided =ignoring the millions cwrn alleges geo withheld and commingled-which cwrn claims resulted in many millions damages-not to mention cwrns claim geo profited off stockholders by selling geos restricted (as per agreemnt w cwrn?) cwrn stock during the peak pps, thus contributing to the pps decline/ debacle

so no matter what happens in geo case it will be an isolated 1 sided issue which pales in comparison to cwrns MANY causes of action against geo in Ca
