If the Motion to Dismiss or Withdraw document is filed by another party and is not agreed to by the filer of the original pleading, the motion requires a hearing.


An attempt to push this whole thing out even further? Its obvious to me they are trying to drag this out until the company is bankrupt. It might have worked too if Bob didnt sell. Either way, not exactly sure how this affects us.
