How come you don't get it? Private insurance plans are the ones that decide who stays and who goes. And with every hospital in the country losing money then the best way to unplug grandma is allow the right wing fascists to control healthcare like they want to, and dump those patients with incurable diseases that will cost insurance companies money.

It is either social health insurance or give the hospitals the right to refuse patients that cannot pay.

Now about the corruption and waste caused by socializing health care, that is another story..
