I know management is not worried about the daily or weekly PPS but it needs to start addressing these issues and it's reputation in a aggressive manner. They owe it to the shareholders IMO as well as trying to uphold their fudiciary duty to us. When you start getting newsletters basically bashing the company that speaks volumes.  Not sure what they can do to fix or repair all the damage already done but they should at least try something I would think!
