I am long and heavy on Teco and for over 3 years and so I am just voicing my HONEST opinion. We are hoping for the 10Q to be filed this week and it may very well be filed but I do not believe the 3rd qtr will be filed on time. I do not know what this means for those with restricted shares. Will they be held in bondage till next year? I am looking for a respnse from Sean and what does it mean if the 3rd is not filed on time. Your serve Sean.
