Developed for Horstman Defence, leaders in suspension systems for tracked vehicles, Martech’s ECU is fitted to BAE’s Terrier Vehicle in service with the British Army.
Designed to be extremely robust, the ECU ( electronic control unit) allows Terrier’s suspension to be remotely locked whilst excavating and performing engineering tasks.
The Terrier armoured combat engineering vehicle is adaptable to a wide range of tasks. It can provide engineer support in all phases of battle: early entry, combat assistance and post-conflict. Its capabilities include obstacle and mine clearance, digging in equipment and troops, route opening and maintenance, lane marking, and general engineering.
