Quite a while ago I did DD on the shell and the people and companies associated with the shell.   I came to the conclusion that JB was set up.  He wasn't  the first CEO who's gotten suckered into the OTC and he hasn't been the last.

My conclusion was that an $80 billion fund wanted to take JB's technology private after raiding the market.   Subsequent events seem to have confirmed my theory.

Congratulations to JB for swimming upstream and preserving the company for its shareholders.
