If we had timely 10Q's then we would know the specific revenue numbers that Mitchell 3&4 pulled in and the TRRC reports would be secondary. Hence the post I wrote yesterday about investment decisions and the need for timely financials. Investors won't see revenue reported from the Stocktons until May of 2014 and that's only if TECO isn't still preparing their 2013 10K. Promises need to be proven with timely actions and remain consistent.
