You touch on a very important piece of DD.
Actual size of the O/S vs. How the stock trades.
Any time volume comes in, the stock trades like it has an O/S in the 400-600 million range (possibly lower).
There have been two major accumulation levels. $0.002 and $0.004.
$0.004 accumulation occurred during the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2012.
$0.002 accumulation has occurred ever since the 4th quarter of 2012.
PPS Jan 2013: $0.002
PPS Nov 2013: $0.0019
There is no way this should be the case with a OTC stock.
Pretty compelling evidence there are more than a couple investors or groups (in addition to Highflier) holding over a 100 million shares. These shareholders don't post on message boards, they remain silent. Very knowledgeable investors are showing a lot of patience to accumulate over a 14-18 month period. Very Disciplined Investors (particularly for a penny stock).
My position is peanuts compared to what I believe a few very large shareholders have.
You are right, longs will have the opportunity to drive the price wherever they want. The exit strategy for the company will likely be M&A but in the mean time if the remaining long investors are as smart as I think they are, ROI is going to be very, very high based on revenue growth.
