Is IC Punch getting charged for the ads on Filmon or is a part of the deal to help get it started?  If Steve is worried about the 50.1% share keep buying at the ask.  1 million shares at $300 for each block and slowly you keep control.  Also part of that 50.1% is shares from people already in it and on his side.  Just don't issue more company shares to the public and it can be controlled.
