I agree Surf.  They don't have to make the pps a prime focus to make me happy….but don't they take it personally when they say they are going to deliver terrific results, and the day it's delivered, they get slaughtered in the market???  You'd think 1/4 ounce of competitive spirit lies somewhere within them….even if deep.
