Basically as the new volume evaporates ... and it will ... we can and will retrace. There are only so many new foot soldiers to buy.  Once the new blood has their entry positions the  MM's will pick up the pace as we are still  not up to date with the SEC and TRRC. I thought we were supposed to get financials by this week  ?  Anyone with a substantial position that has "fresh powder" and plans on topping off their TECO tank before Stockton completion should be either hitting the ask or placing bids a one hundredth of a cent above the previous days close or below the ask.
