Very good week for CYBK. $0.031 close today, $0.035 touched on Wednesday (first time since 12/14/2012). My guess is once $0.035 is breached there should be a quick run for $0.0419 (200-DMA) and probably $0.05 (looks like the next resistance point). That may happen in the next 2-3 weeks according to the chart.

CYBK should start to see the shareholder base broaden between now and $0.05 as fresh buyers come in on news of revenues in the 3Q2013 filing and the special reward (maybe dividend).
