I would be able to tell you how much stock has been issued to officers and/or consultants and or services but I'm still waiting for the 2nd and 3rd quarter filings.  Hence my point into the "we're committed to transparency"  post.  How do we know what's gone on since March 31st?  Words are not documentation and I now require documentation over their words so I'm 100% sure.  

When do you think the 10K will be filed?  2012's was filed in June, 2013. Did you notice my new Ihangout footer and the little old lady "coming soon".   Any day now!  Maybe after market close today?
