I spoke to IBA and they knew little from my experience.  We discussed TECO current events at that time.  I knew more about TECO current events then they did.  The associate I spoke was impressed with my knowledge and sent me to his manager who in turn called me back.  That was within a 2-3 day span and weeks/months ago.  They also filled me in on other stock symbols that I never acted on.  I haven't heard from them since and that is the way I prefer it.
