The Little Things – Darkness Will Soon Come To An End

To Friends & Shareholders of Hollund Industrial Marine,

At the open of the week, it was anticipated a formal announcement (good, bad or indifferent) would be made. This was providing that pertinent pieces on a variety of issues – Bayano in particular – came to fruition to discuss. While there a number of updates to make, they may not resonate until the most important (or what we believe to be the most important) topics are talked about.

We sometimes get so caught up in the operational endeavors, we can easily forget about what may be deemed as “little things.” However, “little things mean a lot.” So we thank the shareholders who contacted us today to remind us of this.

Before we venture to make any definitive statements, there are a few “I’s” and “T’s” to dot and cross. So again, we ask that you all continue to be patient as we sort out remaining corporate growth matters.

We will soon emerge from this holding pattern and no longer be “Dark” with our communications.

A Prelude – Requested Statement

To Friends & Shareholders of Hollund Industrial Marine,

We realize the restlessness amongst you all has grown terribly as the wait to receive answers has become nearly unbearable. And while we understand that time isn’t usually considered a friend in our fast pace MTV society, in this instance, “time” is exactly what has allowed us to become the benefactors of several events, changes and corporate developments.

Now… Upon our announcement of entering into the LOI to secure our first concession, while it was a happy moment for us (management and shareholders), in an instant, we learned valuable lessons regarding the landscape of politics and respect amongst the honorable tribes in Panama’s Bayano. This experience prompted the appropriate and immediate ceasing of outward communications pertaining to the pursuit of the Lake Bayano concession.

With that said, we do anticipate having the full ability to make a formal announcement of progress this week (good, bad or indifferent) – providing pertinent information on a variety of important issues; Bayano in particular.

Please continue to be patient with us here at Hollund Industrial Maraine, as we continue to sort out corporate growth matters – funding, concessions, dilution, audits, etc. We appreciate your support and your insistence on corporate communication.

Kicking Back Into Motion!

To All Supporters/Shareholders of HIMR,

It is time to kick things back into motion!

We know the silence is both deafening and alarming. This time however, it is not simply because we did not have anything of any significance to say, BUT moreso because our relations team is not yet robust enough to manage the summer down-time and vacations months without falter. However, we hope after retrieving a few exotic trees, our resources will be more plentiful and our relations department will never experience a lag.

With that said, HIMR – at least the most important folks here – have been hard at work; diligently burning the candle at both ends the entire summer. To what end? Well…, to a result we expect will be pleasing to us all. But we have got to be honest, as this is the company’s first true concession, getting from Point A to Point B was not a simple task. In fact, it became quite the chore. However, Mr. Peter Meier and Mr. Sheldon Romain are like nails and seem to have some pretty tough consultants marching the path with them. So today, as the relations team gets back in the saddle, we expect that we will get the green light to begin disseminating some interesting stuff should all go well. In the meantime I can tell you all this, the company is on the 12 Yard line, 3rd & 3 2mins of play remaining (for all you football lovers). If you watch the sport, you know that we’re at a spot on the field where the pressure is on and time is not our friend. But friends, we are soooo close to officially getting on that lake to begin working if we can successfully jump a few important hurdles.

We expect that an announcement of real significance should be forthcoming should all things finalize as envisioned within the next two weeks. Please keep your fingers cross and continue to wish us well so that we may perform for you.

We certainly thank you all for your patience, constructive criticisms and ongoing support. It is so good to be back speaking with you all.

What We Are Building

To all of our shareholders and Hollund enthusiasts, we just want to let you know that we are hard at work for the growth and longevity of our company. Our absence (email, message boards, press, etc) isn’t a sign that we have forgotten about you. There are simply some pressing matters that must be tended to.

Speaking of which, there are a number of things that will be coming upon us here very soon. The short (important) list:

• Preferred C share restructuring (retirement)
• Offer: Alternative to Reverse (greater upside appreciation)
• Audit & Up-listing
• Revenues
• Advanced Purchase Orders
• New Investment Opportunity
• Tiger Lynk Build-Out

Hollund shareholders know… or should by now, despite what paid bashers or genuine bashers say, we do always pull it through. Face it… we are a sub-penny stock. But we are “Pink Sheet Current.” We are sub-penny stock, but we have a well seasoned and committed management team. We are a sub-penny stock, but we have increasingly sexy fundamentals. And things have not gotten easier for us in the last 30 days…, but it also has not become more difficult either. In fact, we are transitioning onto the next level of our existence and growth. It feels really good and we can see it clearly.

The one thing that is most exciting is the opportunity that we found to curb the issuance of the Preferred C shares and possibly offer shareholders an incredible amount of upside potential as opposed to a reverse. If we are successful at either or both, the market will come to know what all of our loyal supporters already know. We will be the next Monster… the next Muscle Pharm… the next big thing to emerge from the penny stock world.

What are the bashers going to say then? The same thing they say now… something brainless and unfounded. But hey, ‘stupid is as stupid does…, and that’s all I have to say about that!’

We are building the next big Diversified Forest Products Manufacturer and Distribution Company that sources its wood the right way… the ‘green way.’ We’d say that’s pretty darn smart!
