The Q2 was a nail biter. A notification of late filing was done on the 14th of August.
I believe the filing came after market close on the 20 th. Sk3 became non reporting pink sheet with a yield sign. It was back to current status within a day or two.
Also, it seems the attorney letter of financials, to bring Sk3 current and remove the caveat emptor sign, was also a 11th hour affair.
