NPER is a tightly held shell from what I understand and NPER owns 15 to 18 million shares of MDMN.  I think this buying and price increase is anticipation of MDMN announcing a jv contract in the near future.  When MDMN makes that announcement and receives an initial trache of quite a few million dollars (which is anticipated and not known for sure from any company source) then NPER will have the value of those shares but more then that they will be in a position, depending on the share price, to insert a business into the shell.  That is what we/I are/am hoping for.  A bit confusing but that is the long and short of it as I see it right now.
