I would like to share a bad experience I had at Ruth Chris
Took a couple of friends To the Ruth Chris in Princeton NJ last night for a Birth Day, Staff was cold, Main server was rude, had the feeling they were doing us a favor.I really don't know how thy have hospitality in the Corporate name. At times we felt as if they had forgotten about us, and at the same time over heard other customers complaining about the same things. When the Bill finally came it was $278 I tipped $42, a 15% tip on what I thought was very poor service. My rule has always been 20%, and all will say I am pretty patient, but the overall poor experience, forced me to the 15%. Than to hear the server complaining to other servers about the tip in ear shot of our table, truly amazing. Provide sub par service, get 42 bucks for it, and than complain. Anyway, I wont be buying any share, nor will I ever return.
