Which members on IHub are Weber's friends and family? I only know of 1 friend who lives a few miles away. I know of no others. If they admitted it on IHub, who were they or are you extrapolating/exaggerating on that point? You say they (friends/relatives) shouldn't be trusted, but bashers should be?, since you didn't mention them or paid bashers who might be engaging in financial terrorism against our country? Now let me get this straight - It's NOT OK for friends/family to "have an agenda" and make supportive comments about BW, but it is OK for paid bashers to have an agenda (get paid) and help financial terrorists steal Americans' money?
On Weber making a mistake on "unlimited" AS, I posted several times on IHub that I didn't think it was a mistake, that he likely lied about that when asked. I think he raised AS to unlimited (like he did once before years ago), so he wouldn't have to keep up with filing increases. Remember he filed an increase late once some years ago and could have gotten TA in trouble issuing above authorized. I think he is too busy and was trying to save himself one more admin thing to pay attention to. Remember that AS does not matter and is used in no valuation methods for companies. OS is all that matters and it would be doing the same thing it has been doing whether AS is 3B, 3.8B, or 50.0B, or unlimited. Then shareholders got upset, so to save embarassment when asked, he said it was a mistake by a new secretary. That's all I gleaned out of the whole thing, but bashers "interpreted" the whole thing as, "lie once, always lie" and about everything...that's BS and completely illogical. Everybody on earth lies about mundane things every day of their lies unless they sleep for 24 hours straight. One can't extrapolate that as bashers do...and this is a service to the investors? To mislead is a service? Why can't the factual truth suffice? because they want to get paid perhaps? If your wife asked you, "Do I look fat in these pants?" when you get home tonight, are you going just slap the truth out there or spend some seconds thinking about it? Why, are you going to consider lying?
Do I think Weber's criminal past would have escaped IHub were it not for the bashers? Probably. But so what? It's immaterial to most, especially when they get all the real details. The man didn't pay enough state taxes and was audited, convicted of tax evasion because he fought it (likely, but guessing), got fined and had to pay. Wouldn't a tax evasion character do the same with his Federal taxes? They are 4 to 10X state taxes in value...but does he get credit for that? That's all it was, but the bashers make him sound like a convicted criminal, which without explanation, conjures visions of a fraudster at best and a ex-con bone-buddy at worst. Once again, their interpretation of the facts went from the equivalent of a reckless driving, speeding ticket, to bank robbery and murder (note how they never state exactly what he did or what he got for it, because that doesn't suit their purpose...to mislead and deceive. How is that a service to investors? Now I have two questions, 1) so what if he got caught on his state taxes? It has nothing to do with BBDA. It's personal. 2) What service did the bashers provide digging that up? If one long came on the board and was going to buy, saw the criminal past posted, saw vissions of an ex-con fraudster in a Pink sheet stock and left without getting the facts, how did bashers provide him a service?
When bashers find personal tax filings that weren't handled correctly, have nothing to do with BBDA, that is not great investigative work for investors. That's great investigative work to suit their purpose. If they are so great at investigating, why do they never post anything good they find? Surely, they must find good, too, wouldn't you think? Why did Sputnik post and lie that BW was in the US when he said he was in Poland and had pictures to prove it and ultimately a Eurasian announcement of Polish company to solidify it? That's lying and discredits a lot of their investigative work. Which investigative work does one believe? Olaf's discovery of the new corporation was good work. But then I don't think he was a paid basher. I liked a lot of his posts, but they were flawed by his interpretations of all the historical facts. Every time that I checked his facts, they were correct, but the facts that he left out, changed the entire meaning of his posts. He was on vengeance spree.
No, Weber is not transparent, but the expectation of any Pink to be so is unrealistic. Anyone unwilling to understand that, made the mistake of investing in a Pink. Make the bed and lie in it. Bitching about the lack of transparency in a Pink stock is just saying what a fool one is.
Longs have a right to complain to BW about dilution, but look on IHub...the same characters posting the same unending things about dilution multiple times per day and always in some exaggerated form...pitiful. We get it already. BW can dilute til the cows comes home...his choice and he's said multiple times he will do it. He will not hold growth hostage to share structure. Our choices are to buy, sell, or hold. That's it!
I agree that it is unprofessional that IR not return your calls. Send an email direct to BW about it. Somebody posted his email address multiple times as Bebevcobrian@aol.com, I think. If he doesn't respond, call him or someone else in the office...Daisy, others there, etc.
I've seen every set of fins going back to 2010. They are an abortion, but that doesn't mean that the sales numbers are fabrications, as bashers attest to. He needs audits to clean them up. He's promised to do audits going forward once in the new company. He listened. He's doing it. Give him a chance to get it done. If that's unacceptable...sell. Besides complaining to him, that's all you can do. Let your actions speaker louder than your words.
