Going to try and do this in the next few weeks. There is so much on our plates that here has been no time to get to it.

Steve said shares will be retired. It will happen in time, maybe the next Q. I'm not worried about it. All the increases in O/S were for the purchase of tanglble and intangible assets as well as debt reduction. This is ideal from a longterm view.
