Titot, I think the last FLOAT count was 215 mil shares.  The o/s was 545 mil.  The last financial said they (officers/directors) were in the process of buying back the Novamex shares which I think 200 mil were all that was left to buy back from Novamex.  So all the shares are with officers/directors/insiders and a few of us.
