I actually DID buy a mining stock: no assets, no production, nothing. BUT they PR'd stuff and when the pump came, I profited 200% and moved on.
Funny how a company with nothing can provide for shareholders, but one claiming to have actual stuff, can't do........... no....... won't do........ a darn thing for em.
