It is my Hope that Gen decides to help us work on solutions.  I can understand frustration(s) at times, but find it's more helpful and constructive to go to the source, (if possible,...in this case via twitter) and communicate in a civil manner........mayhap shareholders and DUTV can come to a meeting of the minds, (so to speak).
