Re: SaulGoodman #5768
My definitions of a SP in the 30s would be "significantly undervalued," or "moderately undervalued" depending upon how well P3 is operating. Its also possible the SP is "artificially undervalued." But one could just as well argue that the SP has been "basing" or "consolidating" over these last few months in this range.

Yes, the share price has been damaged by:

-- unmet expectations of fuel sales over the last quarters

-- worries about the operational robustness of Processor 3

-- concerns about changes in management and previous management (and their connection to the motives of the investor group).

-- No announcement yet about independent directors and/or the status of the letter agreement of May 2012

--and within this above context there have been few new buyers... and thus a deteriorating SP

But these things tell me nothing about Q3 sales and costs, P3 operation, adequate supplies of high density feedstock, machine sales or licensing agreements, or if there are government subsidies coming in. Those are the things that I have my eye on.

What do you hope to learn from the cc?
