SK announced on 10/11 "it (company) plans to release 3rd quarter results by month's end."
October 31 (All Hallows' Eve or Hallowe'en)) is the last day of October and ends at 12 midnight.
12 midnight on October 31 in LA (SK HQ) is 3 a.m. November 1 (All Hallows' Day), NY OTC Market time.
So, technically, fins could appear as late as Nov 1 at OTC and still fulfill the company's promise to release Q3 fins by month's end,
