Vu is on filmon, film on has some issues. 1. It is owned by alki who has a predilection for porn (filmon at one point had two hardcore porn channels and these are just the tangible 100% proven things) 2. Alki willfully disobeyed a judges order and then claimed he was not in contempt because it was an oversight which put him on the government's radar. 3. Alki is a billionaire which means he has deep pockets, but not nearly as deep as Disney the company that owns abc and the cbs corporation which owns cbs, both of which at this point he has pissed off.
The other sticking point seems to be that Alki is a billionaire and is keeping sambliss at arms length. Sambliss says at this point filmon is responsible for advertising and filmon other than having vu on it's ap/page isn't acknowledging any such arrangement, and why would it. Have you seen filmon advertising any of the channels on filmon? At this point sambilss seems to hope that if the price gets low enough Alki will buy icpunch, but what does icpunch have that alki/filmon want or need? Nothing. If the overwhelming majority of investors are aware of these things, why would they invest in icpunch? Further more when most people want to watch free tv they can go to hulu for free and watch quality television. So given that, why would they watch sub par television on what appears to be a limited bandwith siite?
