of course it's a new co. .. that is why i asked you if you know about FB (facebook)
they were 8 years in their transition b4 coming public via an IPO in May 2012 .. check their SS? if the only aspect one bases their DD on is an OTC's stox pps .. that is their issue .. not mine .. i have zero doubts about what is being done and why .. but again the only choice all of us (investors) control besides our DD >> is whether we buy./sell/or hold our JBII shares .. i always report every buy and every sell via the detailed quote post @ the eod .. all it requires is a time stamp .. you have a good one because we clearly will agree to disagree about the co.s progress .. 4kids
