Re: SaulGoodman #5753
it's a stock msg board open to all and sundry .. so anyone can respond .. as i noted to you previously what doesn't make sense is those who find nothing positive or expect miracles .. this co. has had 4 ceos since May 2012 .. proc no. 2 has been enhanced and modified with new permits now allowed by NYDEC .. the result is proc 3 .. which last we knew .. (approx 2 mos back) had had 1 30 day cycle that many considered to be a success .. what wasn't known was the percentage run at (imo 50 percent made sense to start with) .. nor do we know what the next round (cycles) were run at .. or for how long those cycles ran .. that is the update that i would expect to come out at the 3rd Q CC .. but nothing will beat a detailed 8K filed .. on 3's ops .. (AGM perhaps?) .. again this is a new tech .. if one comp'd it to KiOR .. JBII >> *should* be at 1.50 minimum .. but then one of the *goals* is to keep the PPS down so longs' en mass are frustrated .. i interact with a lot of long longs .. what is worth noting is the total lack of whining .. and their awareness of their own timelines/time frames and yep clearly some will sell part or total (their) JBII shares ... i note those sells on my daily detailed quote (just like i note the buys of those who send me time stamps).
let me put it as simply as possible .. JB offered investors a unique oppty back in 2008 .. the ability to be VC investors .. most VCs' *invest* in a start up for 4 to 8 years .. clearly JB never forecast the multiple levels working directly against him or P2O >> nor do i suspect (since imo he's solution oriented) did JB recognize the loss of those aspects he could control and the time that would suck up ..
P2O is a disruptive tech .. clearly 3 has moved JBI to the next level .. with 3's proof of concept .. it's game over .. i would ask you to research those other disruptive techs that have come public (via IPOS) and note their SS at their IPO and then 12 to 18 mos post coming public and then at the 5 year mark .. do you find JBI's SS to be high at this level? .. what is a realistic time frame to you? and if it is all about the PPS .. what PPS would change the *frustration* .. i don't view this as a black and white issue but as one of *reality* .. as in real time and real progress .. it's also why co.s who come public via IPOs' have wall street *handlers* (check out just how long FB was in operation b4 coming public and their SS) .. this is why i have never expected *seamless* out of any legit co. on the OTC they don't have wall street *handlers* and based on lack of *input* from those who know the drill (VCs) mistakes will get made .. what is ironic is what is the alternative here .. having the co. taken private by some *whales* who understand the cycle of money in play with disruptive techs or having the co. *fail* in total ..
i rarely see solutions on offer via SMBs' .. imo RH replacing TB as ceo was one of the 2 keys for JBI (co.) moving to the next level .. i also strongly believe that as of 8.14.13 .. that mgmt is following a strategy that will allow *less* manipulation based on a sequence of items filed and pr'd that can't be negated .. again it will be on the co.s time frame .. and it won't suit everyone .. but i'll take improvement each Q (filings) and CCs .. as *proof* .. my checklist .. keeps having checks marked against JBI's progress .. what exactly is on your checklist?
