For those who have asked about the meeting this weekend in Las Vegas. Yes, there will be a meeting beginning this weekend and concluding on Tuesday. Those in attendance will be officers of MMI,NA, Les Price, accountants, lawyers, and other representatives.  The agenda calls for a discussion of 15 C 2 11 disclosures, corporate matters, a review of financial statements, and a discussion of other projects that are underway.
I have no idea who the other representatives may be.  Possibly representatives from the JV partner or repesentatives from potential investors.
One of the reasons that there has not been more information coming from management regrding the progress of the jv contract is that management has to be guarded in the information made avaiable to shareholders. That is due to the restrictions tha the jv partner has placed on management regarding any information released prior to the jv announcement.
