minimum the SEC takes 30 days to respond to S-1 form. that would put us at issuance date of 6 months. do you think we are fast tracked, considered the level of transparency CDFT has had with the form D and 8k revisions?
most S-1 forms take 2-3 months for finalization... at least, that's why i've read.
